Simple Hummus

1 Can Organic Garbanzo Beans, drained & rinsed

1 Tsp. Lime

1/2 Tsp. Cumin

1/2 Tsp. Dried Oregano

1 Garlic Clove

Sea Salt & Pepper (to taste)

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Instructions:

Blend all these ingredients in a blender.  Add a little water until you find your desired consistency. Serve with veggies or pita chips.  Also amazing as a replacement for mayo on a wrap.

addins:

sundried tomatoes

pine nuts

cilantro

currants

basil

 

To make a Mediterranean Hummus Wrap:

Large whole grain tortilla or a Spinach Wrap

Cucumber Slices

Tomato Slices

Red Onion Slices

Hummus

Fresh Lemon Juice

Fresh Parsley

Dried Oregano

Wrap it up and ENJOY!!
